Johan Folkunger

Biografia Johan Folkunger is the CEO of DNV Imatis. Before joining the company in January 2023, Johan was the CEO of SpectraCure, a publicly traded Swedish company developing treatment modalities for recurring prostate cancer. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President at MedCap, a Swedish publicly traded investment company, where he managed the medtech portfolio. Johan also spent eight years with Philips, where he held various roles, including Country Manager for the Health Systems business and CEO of Philips in Sweden. In addition to his role at DNV Imatis, Johan is Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Cardiolex Group, which specialises in digital ECG solutions, and a board member at the Norwegian company Medu AS. Johan holds a Master of Science in Finance and Administration from Uppsala University (Sweden) and BI Norwegian Business School (Norway).
